The Role
We are seeking an ICT Engineer to join our Adelaide team.
This role blends Level 2–3 ICT systems and application support, working across multiple client environments primarily within Windows based infrastructure. You'll take ownership of incidents from first response through to resolution, working closely with internal engineers, vendors, and customer stakeholders.
We're looking for someone who is technically capable, reliable, and a strong problem solver, someone comfortable managing competing priorities, adapting to different client environments, and taking ownership of issues end to end. This role suits someone who can work independently or collaboratively, depending on the task.
What You'll Do
Provide Level 2–3 support across ICT systems and business critical applications
Take end to end ownership of incidents, from investigation through to resolution and closure
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft environments
Monitor system health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Communicate clearly with customer stakeholders and internal teams
Support Windows environments, including high availability and clustered services
Perform root cause analysis and implement long term preventative fixes
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and technical standards
Support upgrades, migrations, and security enhancements
Work closely with a supportive, experienced team, with opportunities to mentor others
What We're Looking For
Proven IT support experience (MSP or in house with transferable skills)
Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows Server knowledge
A confident problem solver who takes ownership
Clear communicator and team player
Technical Experience
Microsoft 365 & Entra ID (Azure AD)
Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
Intune / endpoint management
Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
Endpoint security and patching
Microsoft certifications are highly regarded.
