Are you a highly organised and detail-driven administrator looking to build your career within legal compliance and client onboarding?

HarperLloyd Recruitment is partnering with a leading national law firm to recruit a Compliance Administrator to join their client reporting and compliance team. This is a newly created role and an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work within a professional and high-performing environment.

This role is ideal for an individual who thrives on accuracy, consistency, and routine tasks, and who is keen to contribute to a team responsible for ensuring compliance with key legislative and client requirements across a broad national practice.

You will be joining a collaborative and well-resourced team where you will gain exposure to AML/CTF processes, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance frameworks within a sophisticated legal environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for supporting the firm's compliance and client onboarding processes, including:

  • Conducting AML/CTF identity checks and risk assessments for new clients (individuals and corporate entities)
  • Reviewing and verifying documentation including ID checks, corporate structures, beneficial ownership, and source-of-funds information
  • Supporting client onboarding and completion of compliance questionnaires in collaboration with finance, technology, marketing, and other internal stakeholders
  • Identifying missing or incomplete information and following up where required
  • Ensuring all compliance processes are completed in line with internal policies and regulatory obligations
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation within internal systems
  • Supporting broader compliance and administrative tasks as required

About You

  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and consistency in your work
  • A process-driven mindset and confidence working with structured, repetitive tasks
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the business
  • A discreet, professional approach with the ability to handle sensitive information
  • Experience in compliance, AML/CTF, onboarding, legal administration or similar will be highly regarded
  • A proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
