About the role

Lead Copilot adoption, change management, and AI transformation initiatives across enterprise clients. Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and process optimisation. Facilitate engaging workshops to uncover business challenges and design innovative AI-powered solutions. Deliver solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and AI Foundry. Drive user adoption and help organizations realise measurable value from their AI investments. Provide trusted advice and technical leadership on large-scale Microsoft and AI-enabled programmes. Ensure solutions align with security, governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles.

About you

Experience delivering AI and automation solutions using M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure AI Foundry

Strong background in AI strategy, change management, adoption, and organizational transformation

Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and translate business needs into impactful solutions

Experience automating business processes using the Power Platform

Knowledge of Azure AI services including AI Builder, Cognitive Services, and Machine Learning

Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills

Desirable: Prosci Change Management Certification (or equivalent change management accreditation)
