We’re currently looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join a well-established and supportive team in Perth.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own portfolio, working closely with clients and having a good level of ownership over their day-to-day work.

The role

• Managing client and council enquiries
• Running meetings and preparing key documentation
• Coordinating maintenance and contractors
• Overseeing budgets, levies and compliance
• Building strong relationships with owners and committees
• Keeping your portfolio running smoothly day to day

About you

We’re looking for someone with previous Strata Management experience who is confident managing a portfolio and dealing with clients.

• Experience as a Strata Manager
• Good knowledge of WA strata legislation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to manage your time and prioritise competing tasks
