We manage hundreds of WordPress websites, domains, and hosting environments and we're looking for a talented Website Hosting Support Specialist to help keep them running at peak performance.

About the Role

You'll be an essential point of contact for clients and co-workers, ensuring the smooth operation of hundreds of WordPress websites, domains, DNS configurations, and Google Workspace emails. You'll also manage deeper hosting and infrastructure responsibilities that keep everything running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage WordPress Hosting Operations: Perform WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates; manage backups (JetBackup) across a large portfolio of sites.

Website Migrations: Execute migrations between servers (staging/production workflows), including DNS, SSL, and database management.

Technical Support: Provide responsive, professional support via phone, chat, and email for hosting-related queries.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve a wide range of technical and configuration issues.

Server & DNS Management: Manage domains, DNS, and hosting environments through WHM/cPanel.

WordPress Support: Assist clients with plugin, theme, and update issues.

Documentation: Maintain clear technical documentation, logs, and ensure SOP compliance.

Continuous Learning: Stay up to date on emerging hosting and WordPress technologies.

Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of WordPress, including plugins, themes, and WHM/cPanel.

Experience with Google Workspace (setup, migration, and troubleshooting).

Strong understanding of Domain Management and DNS.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Proactive, positive attitude, with the ability to stay calm under pressure when responding to urgent hosting issues.

A willingness to learn and grow with an evolving tech stack.
