MJD Recruitment is partnering with a well-established business to recruit an Office / Project Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and project delivery.
With over 8 years of operation and a growing client base, this business has built a strong reputation in the industry. Led by two Directors and supported by a close-knit, high-performing team of around 12, they offer a collaborative and hands-on environment.
This is a newly created role with a strong focus on improving processes, supporting project coordination and ensuring the smooth running of both office and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support quoting and assist with project coordination across jobs
- Implement and improve internal processes and workflows
- Manage general administration, including expenses and documentation
- Coordinate employee inductions and onboarding requirements
- Maintain and manage compliance documentation, including SWMS and JSA’s
- Oversee and organise shared drives and document management systems
- Liaise with field staff to support day-to-day operational requirements
About You
- Previous experience in an office coordination, administration or project support role
- Exposure to trades, construction or electrical environments is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to improve and implement processes
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with both office and site-based teams
- Proactive, reliable and happy to take a hands-on approach
