Plant Operators (Loader & Excavator)

Recycling & Resource Recovery Facility

We are looking for motivated Plant Operators to join our recycling and resource recovery team! If you’re an experienced loader or excavator operator who takes pride in safe, efficient work and enjoys being part of a structured team, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll operate loaders and excavators to keep materials moving smoothly through our facility. Your day will include feeding and loading sorting systems, loading walking floor trailers, and supporting the flow of inbound and outbound materials to ensure seamless daily operations.

You’ll be working with a modern, well-maintained fleet of Volvo, Caterpillar, and Kobelco equipment, all within a purpose-built, fully enclosed recycling warehouse. That means consistent, year-round work with no weather interruptions or rain days.

About You

Proven experience operating loaders and/or excavators

A strong commitment to safety and best-practice procedures

Reliable, professional, and a great team player

Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment
