Silverstone Recruitment is currently seeking multiple experienced Gold Room Operators to join one of our clients, a well-established, global-scale Australian gold producer.

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Gold Room Operators looking to secure a position with a top-tier gold mining operation. The successful candidates will join the site on a day-shift-only 8/6 roster, with the potential to transition into a permanent position after an initial three-month temporary contract.

What’s on offer:

• 8/6 roster – day shift only
• Top-tier gold mining operation
• $65–$70 per hour + super
• Temporary position with the opportunity to transition to permanent after 3 months
• Immediate/near-term commencement

Requirements To be considered for the position, you will need:

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Gold Room Operator
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
• Australian working rights
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Current National Police Clearance
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate
• Contactable professional references

Successful applicants will be required to complete all relevant pre-employment checks and provide contactable references prior to commencement.
