Job Responsibilities:

Manage enquiries from local and overseas customers through phone and email.

Provide customers with information on quotations, pricing, order status and delivery schedules.

Process customer purchase orders accurately and promptly.

Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, delivery orders and tax invoices.

Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Engineering, Quality and Logistics teams on customer requirements.

Monitor order progress and follow up internally to ensure delivery commitments are met.

Arrange local and overseas deliveries with freight forwarders when required.

Escalate technical enquiries to the appropriate internal personnel.

Support the promotion and sale of products to existing and potential customers.

Prepare monthly and annual sales reports and perform basic sales-data analysis.

Maintain accurate customer information, sales records and contact databases.

Prepare simple marketing materials, presentations and product write-ups when required.

Requirements

Diploma in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline.

At least one year of experience in sales support, customer service, order management or a similar role.

Experience within electronics, manufacturing or industrial products would be advantageous.

Comfortable preparing quotations and processing purchase orders and sales documents.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Experience using QAD, MFG Pro or another ERP system would be advantageous.

Strong communication, coordination and time-management skills.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple customer orders simultaneously.

Self-motivated, responsible and committed to meeting customer timelines.
