About the role

A-IT Software Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Campaign Executive to join the Bank's dynamic marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovative marketing campaigns and contribute to the growth of the banking organisation. Based in the Central Region (near MRT), this role offers the chance to work with a talented team delivering impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with the bank's target audiences.

What you'll be doing

Marketing Campaign Executive

Support the Product team in driving business objectives and key strategies through cross-functional collaboration and day-to-day campaign management. Key responsibilities include:

Partner with various business units to help the Product team achieve its business objectives and strategic goals

Support day-to-day management of the debit product portfolio

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including customer management and partner/scheme management initiatives

Develop and manage marketing communications

Compile monthly sales reports

Assist with system testing and product rollouts

Track and monitor campaign performance through regular reporting and presentations to stakeholders

What we're looking for

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Banking & Finance, or a related field

Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, campaign management, or product support (banking/financial services experience is a plus)

Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with reporting/analytics tools is an advantage

Good written and verbal communication skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines
