An Adelaide-based engineering consultancy is seeking to bring on a capable Principal Consultant to support a growing client and project portfolio. They are open to capable individuals based interstate additionally. They have a strong forward pipeline of work currently, and are growing from strength to strength with a well-developed and resourced team.

Your new role

• Leading the design and delivery of major structural engineering projects
  
• Acting as a trusted advisor to key clients and stakeholders
  
• Managing and mentoring a high-performing engineering team
  
• Driving technical excellence and innovation across projects
  
• Contributing to business development and client relationship management
  
• Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and quality systems
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Extensive experience within structural engineering consultancy
  
• Proven capability in leading large-scale, multidisciplinary projects
  
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
  
• Chartered Engineer status (or working towards) highly regarded
  
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
  
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving
