MK Group of Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager and an Assistant Property Manager to join our growing Property Management team.

Senior Property Manager Responsibilities

Manage a residential property portfolio independently.

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Conduct routine inspections and final inspections.

Coordinate maintenance and emergency repairs.

Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy compliance.

Handle arrears, breaches, and SACAT matters.

Mentor and support junior property management staff.

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure compliance with South Australian tenancy legislation.

Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities

Support the Senior Property Manager with the daily management of the portfolio.

Coordinate maintenance requests.

Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries.

Conduct routine/Ingoing/Outgoing inspections.

Prepare tenancy documentation and administrative tasks.

Monitor rent arrears and assist with follow-ups.
