ConsultANZ is currently seeking experienced HSE professionals to join leading civil contractors delivering major civil and infrastructure projects across Queensland.
�� H&S Coordinator – Redcliffe | Permanent, Full-Time
�� H&S Advisor – Brisbane | Fixed-Term Contract
Responsibilities
- Support Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities across multiple project sites.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Review and improve HSE systems, policies, procedures, SWMS, and documentation.
- Carry out HSE audits and gap analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks.
- Ensure compliance with Australian WHS legislation and company standards.
- Work closely with project teams to promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety (WHS), or equivalent.
- 3+ years' experience as an HSE Advisor, H&S Coordinator, or similar role in civil construction, infrastructure, geotechnical, or piling.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, HSE systems, audits, and compliance.
- Good communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of IT literacy and experience with digital HSE systems.
- Willing to travel between project sites and work a 3:1 roster when required.
