Marketing Manager / Content Creator

Location: Eastern Suburbs Melbourne
Part-Time | Approx. 1 Day Per Week

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and hands-on Marketing Manager / Content Creator to support the growth and promotion of an early childhood services.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys storytelling, social media, content creation and community engagement. You will be responsible for capturing authentic moments within our centres and transforming them into engaging content that showcases our learning environments, educators, children, community events and centre culture.

Working closely with our Directors and Centre Leadership Teams, you will help strengthen our brand presence and connect with families through meaningful and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage social media content across multiple childcare centres

Develop engaging content calendars and marketing campaigns

Visit centres regularly to capture photography and video content

Create, edit and publish content across Facebook, Instagram and other digital channels

Write engaging captions, stories and promotional material

Promote centre events, incursions, excursions and community initiatives

Work closely with Centre Directors to identify and create content opportunities

Monitor social media engagement and provide recommendations for growth

Maintain brand consistency across all centres

Support local community engagement and marketing activities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience in content creation, social media management or marketing

Strong photography and videography skills

Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms

Excellent written communication and storytelling ability

A creative eye for capturing authentic and engaging content

Strong organisational and project management skills

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule

Experience working within education, childcare, community services or family-focused organisations will be highly regarded

Current Victorian Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations or Journalism (Certificate, Diploma or Degree).

Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.

Strong photography, videography and content editing skills.

Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar content creation tools.

Current Victorian Driver's Licence and own vehicle.
