Melbourne Disability Services is seeking experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers for casual community and in-home support roles.

The Role

You will support NDIS participants to achieve their goals and maintain independence through:

Community access and social activities

Personal care and daily living assistance

In-home support

Transport to appointments and activities

Requirements

At least two years of experience as Disability Support Worker

First Aid and CPR certificates

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle

Strong communication skills

Experience with complex needs or behaviours of concern is highly regarded
