Basic Salary: $4000 - $4500

Responsibilities:

Prepare M&E drawings, schematics, and layouts using Revit and AutoCAD.

Ensure designs comply with project specifications and standards.

Coordinate design requirements with engineers and project managers.

Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver integrated design solutions.

Maintain design documentation, specifications, and technical reports.

Review and revise drawings for accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Conduct design checks and implement necessary modifications.

Resolve design issues and support improvements to M&E system performance.

Requirements:

Proficient in Revit with BIM modelling and drafting skills.

Good understanding of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
