About the Role
As an IVF Nurse, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients through every stage of their fertility journey, from initial consults to treatment and beyond. Working closely with our doctors, embryologists, and patient support team, you'll provide high-quality clinical care, patient education, and cycle coordination in a respectful and inclusive environment.
This role also offers the opportunity to grow your clinical skills, with in-house training available in ultrasound scanning and phlebotomy.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver compassionate, patient-centred nursing care and education
· Coordinate and manage fertility treatment cycles
· Perform or be open to learning ultrasound scans and venepuncture
· Assist with procedures including IUI and embryo transfers
· Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safety standards
· Participate in a weekend roster (approximately 1 in every 3–4 weeks) and public holiday coverage as required
About You
· Registered Nurse or Midwife with current AHPRA registration
· Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
· Fertility or women’s health experience (preferred but not essential)
· Skilled in or eager to learn ultrasound and phlebotomy
· Commitment to working effectively within a multidisciplinary team and across departments
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
· Dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, offering empathetic support in sensitive and complex situations
· Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting
· Understanding of the basic principles of medical ethics
