About You & the Opportunity:
You’ll be an Australian-qualified Lawyer with 7+ years PAE in Wills & Estates and the capability to independently manage a quality, varied file load. Your work will include:
- Complex wills, estate planning and trust structuring
- Advanced succession strategies
- High-net-worth and multi-entity estate administration
- Contested estates, including Part IV claims
- Advising on succession planning for family businesses and substantial asset portfolios
