You’ll be an Australian-qualified Lawyer with 7+ years PAE in Wills & Estates and the capability to independently manage a quality, varied file load. Your work will include:

• Complex wills, estate planning and trust structuring
• Advanced succession strategies
• High-net-worth and multi-entity estate administration
• Contested estates, including Part IV claims
• Advising on succession planning for family businesses and substantial asset portfolios
