Singapore-based or deeply familiar with Singapore local operations.

Strong hands-on experience across HR operations, office setup, vendor management, payroll coordination, and basic finance/contract workflows.

Experience in small or scaling organisations, ideally around 20-100 people.

Able to build processes from scratch rather than only operate mature corporate systems.

Strong communicationandstakeholder managementacrossmultiplelocations.

Comfortable working with China-based or cross-border teams.

Practical, structured, and execution-oriented.

Strong Plus Criteria

Prior experience in games, entertainment, media, mobile apps, creative production, or tech product companies.

Mandarin communicationability.

Experience supporting entity setup, office relocation, acquisition integration, restructuring, or rapid hiring.

Experience coordinating with finance, legal, accounting, payroll, and recruitment vendors.
