Learning & Development Specialist

We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support learning development activities in the areas of service and compliance.

The contract duration is up to 1 year, subject to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage learning programmes for adult professionals

Create and improve learning interventions (classroom, virtual, blended learning)

Develop learning materials such as e-learning content, toolkits, case studies, videos, podcasts, and role plays

Facilitate workshops, discussions, and learning activities

Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements

Manage programme timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders

Conduct L&D research and stay updated on learning trends

Support consultancy projects for government agencies in areas such as:

Learning & Development

Competency Framework Development

Human-Centred Design

Service Culture & Transformation

Requirements

Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related fields

Experience in curriculum design, training and facilitation

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Passionate in L&D
