The Jadin Chemist Group is a locally owned and operated community pharmacy group with eight pharmacies, including seven located across Brisbane's northside. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care, outstanding customer service, and creating a supportive workplace for our team.

We are currently seeking a full-time Rotational Pharmacist to join our pharmacy group. This is an ideal opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys variety, thrives in different team environments, and has the flexibility to work a mix of morning and evening shifts across our network of northside pharmacies.

About the Role

As a Rotational Pharmacist, you'll provide professional pharmacy services across our northside pharmacies. No two weeks are the same, giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of experienced teams, apply your clinical knowledge in diverse settings, and make a positive impact across multiple communities.

This role is best suited to a confident pharmacist with strong clinical knowledge and previous experience working in busy community pharmacies. You'll be comfortable managing competing priorities, making sound clinical decisions, and delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Your roster will include a combination of morning and evening shifts, with locations varying across our pharmacies in Warner, Caboolture and Morayfield.

Your Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service and professional patient counselling

Applying sound clinical knowledge to support the safe and effective use of medicines

Building strong relationships with customers and healthcare professionals

Safe, efficient and accurate dispensing of medications

Supporting and mentoring pharmacy team members

Managing stock and daily inventory requirements

Checking Dose Administration Aids (DAAs)

Delivering high-quality clinical services in line with professional standards

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work across multiple locations

Friendly, approachable and committed to delivering excellent customer care

Organised with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently while integrating quickly into different teams

Confident applying clinical knowledge and professional judgement in a busy community pharmacy environment

Experienced working in high-volume pharmacies, with the ability to prioritise workload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Passionate about community pharmacy and improving patient outcomes

Positive, proactive and solutions-focused

Essential Requirements

Bachelor of Pharmacy

Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist

Current Professional Indemnity Insurance

Accredited Vaccination Certification (excluding COVID)

Current driver's license and reliable transport
