The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients while coordinating our internal team to ensure deliverables are executed to a consistently high standard.
You'll play an important role in developing strategy, reviewing content, managing relationships and identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes.
This role requires someone who can think strategically, communicate confidently and maintain exceptional attention to detail while managing multiple moving parts.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing day-to-day client communication and relationships
Leading onboarding and strategy development for new clients
Coordinating content, creative and production deliverables
Reviewing content to ensure quality, accuracy and alignment with strategy
Analysing social media performance and presenting insights to clients
Identifying opportunities to improve results and grow client accounts
Managing internal workflows to ensure deadlines are consistently met
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, genuinely cares about client outcomes and wants to continue developing their career.
You'll ideally have:
2-3+ years of Account Management experience
2+ years of agency experience
Strong understanding of social media marketing
Experience managing multiple clients and stakeholders
Exceptional organisational and communication skills
Strong copy review and proofreading ability
An eye for quality creative and content
Confidence managing projects and coordinating teams
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Bonus Points If You Have
Photography or videography experience
Experience with client retention and account growth
Knowledge of Meta, TikTok or Google advertising
EDM or long-form content writing experience
Influencer or UGC campaign management experience
