About the role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Head Spa & Osteopathic / Bonesetting Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in scalp/head spa treatments with osteopathic/chiropractic or manual body alignment techniques to provide our clients with a holistic relaxation and therapeutic experience.

Key responsibilities

Provide high-quality head spa treatments, deep scalp cleansing, nourishment, and head acupressure massages.

Perform structural alignment assessments (e.g., posture, neck/back tension, pelvic alignment) and provide safe, effective manual therapy / osteopathic techniques.

Customize therapeutic plans combining head spa and body alignment based on individual client needs.

Maintain a clean, hygienic, and relaxing environment in treatment rooms and adhere to sanitation protocols.

Build strong relationships with clients and offer professional home-care advice.

About you

1–3+ years of experience in Head Spa, Physical Therapy, Body Therapy, or Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) manipulative therapy.

Proficiency in osteopathy, bonesetting, or deep tissue manual therapy techniques.

Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to communicate in English and/or Mandarin to interact with diverse clients.
