About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

Coaching

Deliver high-quality CrossFit and HYROX group classes with confidence and enthusiasm.

Program and deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes in our boutique studio - Studio TRG.

Coach members of all abilities while maintaining a safe, positive and motivating environment.

Provide movement coaching, scaling options and ongoing support to members.

Build genuine relationships with our community and help members achieve long-term success.

Administration

Manage member enquiries via phone, email and in person.

Assist with memberships, holds, cancellations and onboarding new members.

Maintain accurate records using our member management software.

Support the day-to-day operations of the gym.

Member Retention

Create an outstanding member experience from first visit to long-term membership.

Follow up with new members and check in regularly with existing members.

Help implement retention strategies, challenges and community events.

Identify opportunities to improve engagement and member satisfaction.

Social Media & Marketing

Create engaging content for Facebook and Instagram.

Capture photos and videos during classes and events.

Assist with planning promotions, campaigns and member success stories.

Help grow the CrossFit and Studio TRG brand within the local community.

About You

Reliable, professional and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Comfortable using social media platforms and basic digital tools.

Essential Requirements

Minimum Certificate III in Fitness.

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain).

Availability to work a combination of early mornings, evenings and occasional weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1) qualification.

Reformer Pilates Instructor qualification

Previous CrossFit and Reformer Pilates coaching experience.

Experience in customer service, administration or member engagement.

Experience creating content for social media.
