About the role
As the Executive Officer you will support the achievement of two Directors within the Education Portfolio by taking an active role in managing, prioritising and maintaining diaries, meetings, deadlines, correspondence, travel, events and other administrative activities. The Executive Officer helps facilitate and promote the work of the portfolio by supporting its strategic ambitions and delivering outcomes in a safe and sustainable way. Working within the Professional Services Hub, the Executive Officer is a key member of the EO Community of Practice and provides support to their EO peers on a range of administrative activities as opportunities and needs arise.
Key responsibilities
Manage and coordinate two Director's schedule, including calendar, appointments, travel, and communications
Ensure seamless time management
Maintain diaries, meetings, deadlines, correspondence, travel and events
Support the achievement of two Directors within the Education Portfolio
Facilitate and promote the work of the portfolio by supporting its strategic ambitions
Deliver outcomes in a safe and sustainable way
Provide support to EO peers on a range of administrative activities as opportunities and needs arise

Total remuneration valued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
