About the Role

Our client, a leading EPC company specialising in Chemical Feeding System (CFS) projects for semiconductor and advanced manufacturing facilities, is looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of CFS EPC projects at client sites in Singapore.

This is a hands-on role involving site execution, engineering coordination, and client/subcontractor management for chemical feeding and distribution systems in a highly controlled environment. Candidates with strong project management and site leadership experience may be considered for a more senior position.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in planning and executing CFS EPC projects at semiconductor/advanced manufacturing sites

Coordinate CFS construction, equipment installation, piping/tubing installation, testing, chemical flushing, qualification and commissioning

Review and interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams and engineering drawings

Lead and coordinate subcontractors carrying out piping, cable installation, equipment installation and chemical flushing works

Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and subcontractors to manage site activities and resolve issues

Attend site inspections, technical clarification sessions and project meetings; prepare progress reports

Assist in preparing and updating project schedules, budgets, quotations and variation works

Ensure compliance with safety requirements; participate in toolbox meetings and site inspections

Monitor and coordinate CFS materials, equipment and site resources

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline

Minimum 3 years of relevant project execution/construction experience, preferably in semiconductor, chemical, CFS, process piping, EPC or advanced manufacturing projects

Hands-on experience in Chemical Feeding Systems, chemical distribution systems, process piping/tubing, equipment installation, testing, flushing, qualification or commissioning highly advantageous

Good understanding of P&IDs, process flow diagrams and engineering drawings

Experience coordinating and leading subcontractors and site teams

Strong project coordination, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Role involves regular communication and technical coordination with clients and stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project; AutoCAD knowledge advantageous

Willing to work at project/client sites and beyond normal hours when required

Able to work independently and take ownership of site matters
