What you will enjoy about this role:

• Being responsible for working on technical claims as well as managing IDR claims within commercial property.
• Being the technical expert in the team and providing support to less experienced team members, coaching them through the process.
• Managing a smaller portfolio due to the complexity of claims.
• Carrying out team audits and file reviews.
• Liaising with clients and brokers, explaining policy wording and technical information regarding the claim.
• Advising brokers/clients of denials, providing clear written communication to them.
• Work on the claims manual with the Manager and also the audit framework.

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience in commercial property claims.
• Experience in dealing with disputed claims and managing them to a positive outcome.
• Providing support to more junior team members to advance their skills
• Outstanding communication, written and verbal.
• Advanced technical claims experience.
• Strong communication with an objective mindset, being solutions and fact-focused.
