The Role
Working alongside experienced and supportive practitioners, you'll gain exposure to a varied commercial property caseload, including:

Off-the-plan transactions for buyers and developers

Commercial, industrial and retail leasing

Commercial property transactions

Subdivisions

Put and call option deeds

Assisting conveyancers with complex residential and commercial matters

A broad range of related property and commercial work

While commercial & property law will be the primary focus, your career doesn't have to remain in one lane. If you're interested in developing experience across other areas of law, the firm will support you in exploring your interests and building a long-term, fulfilling legal career.

About You
You may be a recent law graduate, newly admitted lawyer or early-career lawyer with up to 2 years' PQE - if you're slightly more experienced 3-5yrs we are happy to hear from you too!

You will ideally bring:

An interest in commercial & property law and transactions

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail across legal documents and client interactions

A client-focused, practical and solutions-driven approach

A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from a team that will support you 100%

Confidence working in a progressive, technology-focused environment

Eligibility to work in Australia as a citizen or permanent resident

Previous experience in property, leasing, conveyancing or commercial transactions will be highly valued but is not essential that you tick all the boxes. The right attitude, initiative and desire to develop are equally important.
