Responsibilities
Process medication orders and prescriptions for inpatient and outpatient services.
Dispense medications in accordance with department policies, guidelines, and SOPs.
Perform picking, packing, labelling, and preparation of medications accurately.
Provide professional and courteous service to patients and customers.
Perform billing and payment-related functions where required.
Ensure pharmacy work areas are clean, organised, and operationally ready.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, receiving of goods, and ward stock top-ups.
Conduct stock counts, stock takes, and ensure compliance with FEFO inventory practices.
Support quality improvement initiatives and operational enhancement projects.
Assist pharmacists in maintaining smooth pharmacy operations and service delivery.
Requirements
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPTC)
Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
