Accounts Assistant – AP (6-Month Contract)

Responsibilities:
Process invoices, payment requests, and reimbursement claims while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Communicate with vendors and internal users to resolve invoice issues and ensure timely payments.
Assist with month-end tasks such as accruals and journal entries.
Handle basic phone and email enquiries and follow up with relevant parties.
Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
Prior AP/accounting experience is an advantage; candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with good attention to detail.
