The Business Service Coordinator at TDDA is responsible for supporting management in overseeing a robust risk, compliance, operations and audit framework across the TDDA Group. This role assists in maintaining regulatory compliance, managing audit and training activities, supporting internal controls, and contributing to the effective delivery of operational and client services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Risk, Compliance & Audit

· Coordinate and support the implementation of the TDDA group risk and compliance audit programme.

· Assist in planning and completion of TDDA IIAR audits as required.

· Conduct and support QI audits and investigations, including documenting findings and identifying trends or opportunities for process improvements.

· Support the promotion and implementation of risk-based practices across the organisation.

· Maintain audit records, registers and compliance documentation.

· Coordinate and support TDDA NZ & AU with external audits

2. Policies, Procedures & Controls

· Maintain regulatory compliance policies, procedures, and associated control documentation.

· Ensure ongoing alignment with relevant regulatory, accreditation, and compliance requirements.

3. Training & Capability

· Conduct risk and compliance training needs assessments.

· Manage, oversee, and continuously improve internal collectors course training.

· Manage, oversee, and continuously improve the proficiency testing programme.

· Training and assessing NZ and AU collectors.

4. Accreditation & External Relationships

· Maintain relationships with IANZ and NATA for internal review and accreditation purposes.

· Assist and support NZ/AU Franchisees with accreditation activities.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards to meet accreditation requirements.

5. Operational Oversight

· Manage and oversee franchisee controls and reconciliation programmes.

· Manage and oversee the RCPA programme.

· Assist, as required, in the operational oversight and delivery of TDDA services.

· Assist Business Services Manager with operational, compliance or audit functions where required.

6. General

· Contribute to other relevant projects as required from time to time.

· Support both NZ and Australian operational functions as required. This role will support both the NZ and AU Business Services Manager.

· Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required to support the business.

· Cert 4 in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)

Role Flexibility

This role may evolve over time to include additional responsibilities beyond those listed above, in line with business needs. Additional duties may be reasonably assigned by the Business Services Manager – TDDA Australia or NZ.
