An established boutique strata management business in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs is continuing to expand and is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Strata Manager ready for the next step or an experienced Strata Manager looking to join a collaborative and people-focused team.

The Opportunity You'll be responsible for managing or assisting with a varied portfolio of residential and mixed-use strata schemes while working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional service.
This role offers autonomy, strong administrative support, and the opportunity to build long-term relationships with owners, committees, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage or assist with a portfolio of strata properties
- Build strong relationships with owners, committee members and contractors
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractor engagement
- Prepare meeting documentation, agendas, minutes and correspondence
- Ensure records, insurance information and compliance documentation are maintained
- Attend committee and annual general meetings where required
- Provide timely, professional advice and customer service
- Assist with day-to-day administration and portfolio management
About You You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Ideally you'll have:
- Previous experience in strata management or property management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail
- A proactive and solution-focused attitude
- Knowledge of strata legislation (preferred but not essential for experienced assistants)
