Elite Gold Coast is seeking applications from an experienced and highly motivated individual, looking for a career in hotels.

Working on the front desk your responsibilities include general front office work such as checking people in and out of the hotel, processing of accounts, answering guest service enquiries and reservations activities.

We're after a fast-thinking, customer focused problem solver with initiative that takes pride in creating and delivering memorable guest experiences whilst ensuring that all daily tasks have been met.

You must be available to work a rotating 24 hour, 7 day week roster, including weekends, nights and public holidays. Experience in Food & Beverage is recommended but not compulsory.
