About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy and professional CBD office. This role is perfect for a highly organised individual who enjoys creating efficient processes, supporting senior leadership, and ensuring the workplace runs seamlessly.
As the central point of contact for office operations, you'll work across administration, HR support, facilities management, and business operations, playing a key role in maintaining a productive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
Act as the primary contact for building management and office facilities
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT setup, inductions, and access management
Support HR administration, employee records, and onboarding documentation
Assist senior management with workflow coordination, task delegation, and scheduling
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
Manage suppliers, purchase orders, invoices, and office budgets
Coordinate meetings, business events, internal communications, and office supplies
Maintain office records, documentation, and compliance with company policies
Provide administrative support across operations and business functions
What You'll Need to Succeed
Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar operational role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience supporting senior leadership and coordinating office operations
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and business administration systems
Proactive, professional, and solutions-focused approach

Salary for the Role
Salary range is $90,000 to $95,000 base salary plus Super
