About the role

This role involves planning and executing community engagement activities and events in accordance with project requirements and timelines, including roadshows, school visits, unveiling events, and launch event planning and execution. You will coordinate with event vendors and service providers, handle public complaints and feedback, prepare communications to engage with the community, and maintain documentation and reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute community engagement activities and events such as roadshows, school visits, unveiling events, and launch event planning and execution.

Coordinate event vendors and service providers, including quotations, setup, manpower, logistics, and on-site arrangements.

Handle public complaints and feedback related to the project site in a timely and professional manner.

Prepare letters, notices, and other communications to engage with the community and residents regarding project developments.

Arrange and attend meetings on public relations matters with the project team as required.

Prepare and submit monthly reports to provide updates on feedback and complaints received.

Maintain good working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and residents.

Prepare event reports, engagement records, feedback summaries, and other documentation required by LTA and project stakeholders.

Provide general administrative support to the project team.

Any other duties assigned by superior.

About you

Diploma or Degree in Public Relations/ Marketing or any related field.

Minimum 4 years' LTA experience.

Experience in event management, community engagement, stakeholder management, or public relations is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage residents, schools, government agencies, contractors, and members of the public.

Strong project coordination and organisational skills.

Independent, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and emotional maturity.
