KeyMoves is partnering with boutique accounting firm, with a satellite office in Melbourne CBD, to recruit an experienced Senior Accountant to work 100% remote from anywhere in Australia

Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of SME clients

Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS

Delivering tax planning and strategic advisory to clients

Managing client relationships from day one

Collaborating with Partners and Managers to deliver high-quality service

Mentoring junior and offshore staff and reviewing work as needed

Requirements

5 years + experience working working within Business Services / Business Advisory services (In Australia)

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written;

Strong understanding of various structures (e.g. trust, companies and partnerships)

Experience in managing, delegation and reviewing junior team members
