Scotford Fennessy has partnered with several leading mining contractors seeking experienced Production Excavator Operators for ongoing opportunities across Western Australia.

These positions are strictly for operators with proven open pit production experience — we are not accepting applications from candidates new to the mining industry.

All roles are FIFO ex Perth, offered on a temp-to-perm basis, with 2/1, 2/2 and 8/6 rosters available.

• Pay rates from $70–$80 p/h + super on all hours worked
• Weekly pay and fast mobilisation
• Choice of Gold, Iron Ore, Nickel or Lithium projects
• 12–12.5 hour shifts on well-managed sites
• All PPE provided
• Long-term opportunities with leading mining contractors

To be considered, you must have:

• Proven Open Pit Production Mining experience
• Solid experience operating Hitachi EX1200–EX3600 Excavators (or equivalent models)
• Valid C Class or HR Driver’s Licence
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and pass a pre-employment medical
• Two recent mining references (Supervisor level or higher)
• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
