What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading, inspiring and motivating your team to hit targets and deliver top-notch service.

Overseeing club performance across memberships, retail and operations — keeping us on budget and on track.

Staying one step ahead of industry trends and developing fresh strategies to keep our members engaged and our club thriving.

Solving challenges on the fly and keeping the club running smoothly.

Ensuring our space is always safe, clean, and welcoming for every member.

What You’ll Bring:

Solid leadership experience (fitness industry experience a huge plus).

Strong people and performance management skills.

Confidence in budgets, reporting and numbers.

A proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
