Responsibilities:

Managed daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow, on-time deliveries, and efficient use of resources while meeting operational targets

Led and supervised the warehouse team, including manpower planning, staff training, leave approvals, and ensuring compliance with safety, 5S, and company procedures

Oversaw inventory accuracy and warehouse processes, ensuring proper handling, storage, stock control, and accurate system transactions

Drove process improvements by reviewing workflows, implementing operational changes, supporting system enhancements, and managing improvement projects

Worked closely with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues, handle customer concerns, and maintain high service standards

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Logistics or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of Supervisory experience in Warehousing Operations
