Job Scope:
Supervise daily M&E construction activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Monitor site progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with project specifications and regulations.
Conduct site safety inspections, identify hazards, and enforce health & safety requirements.
Coordinate closely with the Site Foreman and report project updates to the Project Manager.
Ensure all M&E works are completed on schedule and in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Interpret and work with AutoCAD drawings, P&ID, Bill of Quantities (BQ), and isometric sketches to support site execution.
Job Requirement:
