About the role

This is a hands-on role focused on accurate and timely data entry, maintaining data integrity, updating internal systems, and supporting the broader team with administrative and data-related tasks. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a methodical approach to their work. You will be comfortable working with large volumes of information, identifying discrepancies, and managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key responsibilities

Accurately enter, update and maintain data across internal systems and databases.

Review and validate information to ensure data accuracy, completeness and integrity.

Process invoices and purchase orders on an ad-hoc basis.

Reconcile information across systems and investigate discrepancies or missing data.

Prepare data extracts, spreadsheets and reports to support business operations.

Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates and errors.

Follow established processes and contribute to improvements in data quality and efficiency.

About you

You are a highly organised and enjoy working with data, systems and processes and are comfortable working independently while managing competing priorities.

You will ideally have:

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

A methodical and structured approach to completing tasks.

Confidence working with spreadsheets, databases and business systems.

The ability to identify discrepancies, errors and missing information.

Strong communication skills and the confidence to follow up when information is unclear or incomplete.

The ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving processes.

The ability to manage repetitive or high-volume tasks while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Previous experience in data entry, administration, accounts or a similar role will be highly regarded.
