Labour Solutions Group (LSG) is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers and reliable Pick Packers to join our busy warehouse operations in Pemulwuy and Eastern Creek.

Pay Rates
Pick Packers
Day Shift: $34.65 per hour
Afternoon Shift: $38.12 per hour
High Reach Forklift Drivers
Day Shift: $35.96 per hour
Afternoon Shift: $38.81 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Pick packing customer orders
RF scanning and order processing
Pallet jack operation
Dispatch and general warehouse duties
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Meeting daily productivity targets
High reach forklift operation (where applicable)
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse or pick packing experience preferred
RF scanning experience highly regarded
Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg
Reliable with excellent attendance
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Full and unrestricted working rights in Australia
Forklift Drivers
Current LF Forklift Licence required
Minimum 6 months recent high reach experience
Confident operating forklifts within busy warehouse environments
Important Requirements
⚠️ These are ongoing positions and applicants must be available Monday to Friday on a full-time basis.
Commitment to all 5 days is essential
