Full-Time | $48–$55 per hour + Super + Fully Maintained Dual Cab + Overtime + RDOs

We're seeking experienced HVAC Service & Installation Technicians to join one of Melbourne's most respected commercial HVAC contractors. The Role

This position offers an excellent balance of approximately 60% service and maintenance work and 40% installation projects, allowing you to broaden your skills while enjoying plenty of variety.

Your responsibilities will include:

Planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing

Breakdown response, diagnostics and fault finding

Commercial HVAC installations and upgrade projects

Minor works and equipment replacements

Electrical troubleshooting and repairs

Preparing repair recommendations and quotations

Completing service reports and communicating with clients professionally

You'll gain exposure to a wide range of commercial HVAC equipment including:

Split and ducted systems

VRV / VRF systems

Package units

Air Handling Units (AHUs)

Fan Coil Units (FCUs)

Ventilation systems

Exhaust systems and associated commercial HVAC equipment

What You'll Need

Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence

Electrical Disconnect/Reconnect (D Licence)

Current Driver's Licence

Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

Strong fault-finding ability and a positive, reliable work ethic

Excellent communication and customer service skills
