Care Manager | Residential Aged Care

An opportunity is available for an experienced Care Manager to step into a well-supported Residential Aged Care home with an established leadership team, strong clinical support and a genuine focus on team development.

This is a Monday to Friday leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on, developing their team and maintaining high standards of care, compliance and clinical governance.

Your role
Reporting to an experienced Facility Manager with a strong clinical background, you'll be joining a leadership team that values stability, collaboration and professional development.

You'll receive a comprehensive handover and ongoing support, while working alongside an on-site Clinical Quality team who provide additional support across quality, education and compliance.

Your focus will be on leading and developing the clinical team, strengthening team performance and ensuring consistently high standards of clinical care, governance and compliance are maintained.

About you

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous Care Manager experience within Residential Aged Care, or experience acting in a Care Manager capacity
• Confident and approachable leadership style with the ability to mentor and develop clinical teams
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, accreditation and aged care standards
