Some careers pay the bills. This one changes lives.

Part-Time | Minimum 20 Hours Per Week | Full-Time Opportunity | Cranbourne West

Every week, children, teenagers and adults walk through our doors believing they’re “not smart enough.”

Then everything changes.

A child reads their first book.

A teenager discovers they can succeed.

An adult achieves a goal they once thought impossible.

That’s why we come to work every day.

If you’re looking for purpose, an incredible team and the opportunity to genuinely change lives, we’d love to meet you.

What Matters Most

We’re hiring for attitude, not just qualifications.

We’re looking for people with compassion, integrity, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Skills can be taught. Character can’t.

Teaching qualifications aren’t essential. If you’re willing to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to thrive.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

No teaching qualification required

Ongoing mentoring and professional development

Career progression opportunities

Supportive, passionate and fun team

Purpose-driven work that makes a real difference

Using our evidence-based literacy and maths intervention programs, you’ll help students build literacy, numeracy, confidence and independence while unlocking their potential.

Who We’re Looking For

Whether your background is education, allied health, disability support or something completely different, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll thrive if you are:

Warm, patient and encouraging

An excellent communicator

Enthusiastic and eager to learn

Organised, reliable and professional

Looking for a long-term, meaningful career

Our comprehensive training program and experienced mentoring team will equip you with everything you need to succeed.

A Message from Our Founder

More than 30 years ago, my son Mitch was diagnosed with dyslexia. That experience inspired me to establish DyslexAbility and create the support I wished had existed for our family.

Today, every member of our team shares one belief: a learning difference should never define a person’s future.

We’re not simply building a team. We’re building a community of people who believe every learner deserves the opportunity to succeed.

If you’re looking for meaningful work, continual growth and the opportunity to genuinely change lives, I’d love to hear from you.

Sue Miller
Founder & Director.
