At Complete Home Filtration our mission is to deliver clean water and a premium service to families all over Australia. We're looking for an experienced plumber to step into a 2IC role and be the go to person for our plumbing operations.

What you'll be doing…

Supporting the National Plumbing Manager in overseeing daily operations.

Providing guidance and support to our plumbers.

Conducting site inspections, quality audits, and assessments for complex installations.

Leading toolbox meetings and promoting a strong safety culture.

Managing plumbing stock, tools, and equipment.

Resolving customer escalations and providing practical solutions on-site.

Helping recruit, onboard, and develop new plumbers as the business grows.

What you'll need…

Hands-on plumbing experience with strong knowledge in the field.

A passion for mentoring and supporting others.

Good communication style with the ability to work with all kinds of people.

Practical problem solving.

A strong commitment to safety and doing the job right the first time!
