The Opportunity

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Property Development Lawyer to join a highly regarded national property developer in a senior in-house capacity.

This role will suit a senior lawyer with at least 7 years’ PQE who enjoys being close to the commercial decision-making process and wants to play a strategic role across major residential and mixed-use developments. Working as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you’ll provide practical legal guidance across the full development lifecycle while mentoring junior team members and coordinating external legal providers.

The Ideal Candidate

You will bring:

• Minimum 7 years’ PQE gained within a reputable law firm or in-house environment.
• Strong experience in property development, acquisitions, or related property matters.
• Mandarin / Chinese language skills (written and verbal) are essential for stakeholder communication.
