Responsibilities:

Lead testing workflow setup, equipment configuration, and SOP/WI implementation.

Own equipment lifecycle management including maintenance and technical upgrades.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive process improvements.

Support NPI, new line introduction and process changes.

Deliver machine- and equipment-related training to operations.

Serve as escalation point for technical and equipment-related issues.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.

5 to 8 years of relevant engineering experience in a related field preferred.

Proven experience in process and equipment implementation.
