• Courier Owner Driver role available offering a contract with a minimum revenue guarantee
• You will need to own a van and if you don't currently own one, our team will support you in selecting the most suitable van to buy.
• You will have the option to gain access to bespoke finance solutions
• You will have access to courier comprehensive insurance options through our trusted suppliers.
• If you do not have courier experience, then that's okay. Sufficient training and support provided by our courier partners.
• You'll work with our courier recruitment experts who will support you in getting setup correctly and started on the road ready to earn.
• You'll be supplied with a complete transport kit.

The Work

• You'll be part of an essential services industry, enjoy the open road and work with a variety of business customers day to day, providing last mile courier services.
• 10 hours of availability per day to collect work is required (Monday to Friday).
• Daily start time is either 7am or 8am, depending on the requirements of the fleet
• The majority of work involves Business to Business (B2B) jobs, with a very small portion consisting of Business to Consumer (B2C) jobs.
• Instead of being limited to one or two fixed suburbs (a set territory), you'll have the opportunity to explore a variety of suburbs across your metro area or surrounding regions — offering greater exposure to a wider client base, variety and a refreshing change of scenery each day.
• Opportunity to grow and expand your own fleet of vans & drivers if you have the desire to do so.

The Right Candidate
You will need:

• A suitable van for this work. Please note that not all vans meet our requirements, so we will assess your van accordingly. If you don’t own one, we will assist you with purchasing a suitable van.
• To have a C-Class Driver’s License.
• To be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• To have a genuine passion for driving.
• To be motivated, reliable, a problem solver and a good communicator
