About the Role As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio, delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while ensuring properties and tenancy matters are managed efficiently and professionally.

You'll be part of a collaborative property management team, working alongside experienced and passionate Property Managers and reliable Property Officers.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage a residential property portfolio from end to end

● Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

● Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections and prepare detailed reports

● Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors

● Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, arrears and general tenancy matters

● Maintain accurate property records and ensure compliance with NSW residential tenancy legislation

● Prepare documentation for NCAT matters when required

● Conduct rental appraisals and contribute to portfolio growth

● Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the Belle Property brand

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about property management and delivering exceptional service. The successful candidate will have:

● Previous experience in residential property management

● A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (or higher)

● Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation

● Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills

● Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

● A proactive, solutions-focused approach

● Experience with property management software such as PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Tapi is highly regarded

● A professional presentation and positive, can-do attitude
